I'm so happy to announce that my book is now available in paperback, either by clicking on the book link to the right or directly from amazon.com. The finished product is 350 pages representing lots of hard work as well as occasional laughter and tears. It includes oodles of interesting interviews with experts on reality TV and the effects of reality TV and fame including former child stars Paul Petersen, Jon Provost and Alison Arngrim, the child psychiastrist and expert on children and the media Dr. Michael Brody, reality TV researcher Jennifer L. Pozner, parent of sextuplets Becki Dilley, reality TV star and parent of a child star Eric Roberts, and more. Each interviewee's unique perspective contributed to this examination of the effects of reality TV, fame and infamy on participants in reality TV incuding families, children and the Gosselins.
What began as a simple idea morphed into an all-consuming project involving learning more about writing and all about interviewing, editing and self-publishing. I'm sure all the hard work will pay off and my readers as well as the general public will find this book interesting and informative as well as occasionally maddening. I can't thank my interviewees and all my dear friends who helped me with this book enough, and I hope you're as proud of it as I am.
